If you want to wear a facemask, fine, just don't breathe. Your breath moistens and warms the facemask - something that bacteria, germs, viruses are fond of......and your face becomes a petri dish.

Since when to we take medical advice from a magazine? It appears that the majority of Americans have lost their minds. Taking medical advice from politicians, Congress, TV anchors, newsmen. Fauci a never treated a patient period. I never trusted doctors before because I saw them as the street DRUG PUSHERS; the biggest drug pusher ever, Big Pharma.

Go ahead ask your doctor what exactly causes HYPERTENSION, or ASTHMA, or DIABETES, ETC. The answer is always I don’t know exactly, but their is this pill. I rest my case.

How do I even comment to something this stupid! We already know the masks are psychological operations against the people. See my comment on that here: articles.mercola.com/.../covid-vaccine-may-not-prevent-infection-disease-transmission.aspx I suppose the concept of doubling them reinforces the false premise that they even work which people are rightly starting to question. Sheeple are odd in that they are very accepting of compromise, so it reinforces that it's protection is a matter of degree.

I'm all about effectiveness, but doubling up on ineffective is still ineffective. Mathematically that is expressed as 0 x 2 = 0. What about three masks? 0 x 3 = 0 ... In sharp contrast, I have an industrial respirator and certification of a fit test of zero bypass air. It has cartridges that would protect me from an accidental release of hydrogen sulfide at a gold refinery when I visit to see equipment there. It is required to carry it in a belt pack upon entry in case their alarm sounds, so I can breathe long enough to exit the facility. The cartridges are rated for Nuclear Biological and Chemical Warfare, so it is also part of my preparedness supplies for real threats.

For biological warfare, the HEPA filter part of the cartridge which would also remove radioactive fallout particles, will remove the tiniest virus. IF I wanted to be effective at filtering out virus, then I would wear this respirator. I did once at a Christmas party when someone insisted I wear a mask. BUT, I don't wear a mask. In keeping with my principles of being effective, I live healthily in multiple aspects which includes not rebreathing my exhaled air and I know that I can count on my phenomenal immune system that has prevented me from getting any cold or flu for the past three decades.

The problem seems to be that the virus is airborne. Once you understand that, the solution is simple. Just mandate that people quit breathing. This will prevent the virus from passing thru the N-95 masks which have holes 5x larger.

Why stop at wearing 2? Why not wear as many as possible? How can it be helpful to restrict one's breathing? I've never read a study that proves they are effective. At first we were told that they would not be effective and to leave them to health care workers to wear. If people had not started to make home made masks I bet they would not be recommended. Plandemic.

I still believe that masks do NOT do much good, if any. As an owner of a construction company I have done OSHA courses that provide info on the proper way to protect - and this is NOT it. Instead it impairs your ability to breathe as well as allows contaminates to remain close to your nose and mouth-seriously! Stop the masking already!

I could see the puppet masters wearing two masks; as they have two faces! As for me; I prefer to breath - by not restricting my breathing apparatus, by covering it with a mask! The idiotic masks are detrimental to people's heath and they don't "prevent" anything, other than people's "freedom" to breath! So; how many of you people are "sick and dying" from this "deadly" virus? Never mind; I already know the answer!

I suggest a mandate that we stop breathing. And if people don't do that voluntarily they'll get vaccinated to help them achieve to not breath any more.

Again with the surgical masks that we are told in the next breath should be reserved for healthcare workers?! If we are not to have access to them, why does the media keep telling us how to use them? It's a moot point for the general public.
