These fats are so dangerous as they are loaded with the omega-6 fat, linoleic acid (LA)."

These oils constitute the main portion of most salad dressings and condiments. Canola seems to be the most commonly used oil, and sunflower, cottonseed and sunflower oils are common, too. Many products claim on the promotional front label that they're made with olive oil, but the ingredient list, in very fine print, shows that they usually contain canola. Canola oil is especially popular among some brands that are sold in food co-ops, where it is implied that the store sells only healthful food. Even baby formula contains vegetable oil, usually soybean oil, along with the corn syrup solids that are common in most formulas.

First of all thank you Dr. Mercola for keeping up us all up-to-date with the latest developments and research, which obviously when not profitable to the big industries, will simply be ignored by the media. I laughed at the conclusion the researchers reached. To stop consuming these oils meant to stop the damage they cause. To think that such a common-sense conclusion cannot possibly be applied when treating so-called incurable or chronic diseases. Not by Western doctors, at least. The words "know your poison" come to mind, I guess once we figure out what is harming us, we just need to stop indulging in it.
