Vit C may help, but prevention is easier than cure. Raw olive oil/fish oil/evening primrose oil/CLA/krill oil/coconut flakes etc may help. You kill a fat by heating it.  If you crave salt on fried food then the adrenals maybe burned out maybe due to gluten. Gluten issues maybe due to low sunlight which causes autoimmune issues. Fries/Fish fry/potato chips etc may hurt. Sea salt may be 80% plastic which may hurt the kidneys? Salt pushes Li out of the brain/body.&lt;/p&gt;
