Hi Almond and elixir.can, I need to get the letter from my doctor if she's willing (I doubt it) as well since I'm allergic to many things. I found the following link that may be useful:

If you don't ask, you don't get. Besides, doctors need to hear patients concerns repeatedly and be reminded their first obligation is to patients, not medical boards.

Some things to do today just in case they may be helpful in the future...

Ask your doctor for ivermectin. It is a good thing to have on hand in case needed. If he/she refuses, consider changing doctors. You can also order from abroad or Frontline Doctors.

Review the FDA (or CDC) list of contraindications of people who should not be vaccinated. It is extensive. If you have any remotely related conditions, ask your doctor to write a letter stating you should not be vaccinated. Hopefully, you will never need it, but like most things, it is wide to plan ahead. (Far too many people never do the research to realize they are in high risk categories.)

If you are required to get a vaccination, anyway, such as for employment, etc., consider litigation under The Americans with Disability Act for unlawful termination. That is one of the few things people making mandates understand.
