Does take into account one replacement knee and the other needing done also. Utter drivel.

I see your point! - Was thinking of my self. Even if I intended to walk fast or go for a run in the woods or open land (I live liberally on the edge of the New Forest - England. (my garden gate opens on to the NF) I wouldn't be able to keep it up! There is a rare white stag somewhere in the nearby woods - have to be very slow and quiet to catch a glimpse of him before he's off in a flash.

On the open moorland, a curlew nests; can here here haunting shrill early in the morning. Larks , rare now - will be nesting on open moorland.

I am very close to nature - love the still ness and magic - so when I talk of an abomination - it would be so for me.

I will tell you a story... When I was a little girl living in the wilds of Scotland (my father was researching for a book)At that time, we lived in a croft and collected our daily drinking water from a spring. I would accompany my mother - running on ahead. She told me of one day - me running on ahead - to a little brow or rise in the heather clad pathway. I suddenly stopped and slowly crouched down. Facing me coming from the opposite direction was a tiny fawn - who also simultaneously stopped and slowly crouched down instinctively. That will give you an idea why I could not ever sustain walking fast or running in the countryside.

I think they're running out of ideas for what makes people "more likely to die of coronavirus." To stay safe, you had better walk a little faster, folks. But, not too fast! Walking too fast might make you die instantly of the coronavirus. And, after you get the vaccine, you should expect to get covid (that's perfectly normal and expected). If you die, that's okay, too. In fact, it means the vaccine is "safe." And when you die, make sure your relatives all say that the vaccine is safe and effective and that everyone should get it! So, in summary, to stay "safe," you should walk quickly but not too fast, get the vaccine, get covid and at least one or two of the variants (it's more sensational that way--there's more drama), and die. Turns out, the only way to be "safe" is to die of the coronavirus. Got that? Good! I can't spend all day on one pandemic! Onto the next plandemic. How about a little MERS with your coronavirus? Maybe a little Mad Cow Disease five years down the road?

If I'm going to the local village shop - about a mile there and a mile back - I walk quickly, but if I'm out among nature, I'm there to admire, listen and observe and saunter - looking here and there, noticing a plant peeping through or the spring song change of a bird. Walking fast in the countryside is an abomination. Go on a treadmill instead!!!

Here's an update for those of you trying to follow the seasons. Smelt season has long been over, but we are still eating smelt. Thinking about catching bigger fish next. "When the leaves on the cottonwood are the size of a squirrel's ear, start looking for morel mushrooms." Rhubarb is up, too, and soon I will have a lot of it. Consider which seeds you can start planting in a sheltered location or under a cloche. Do you have your starter plants potted up and growing?
