Researchers looked at nearly 50,000 adults with COVID-19. They discovered those who

re: 5 Ways to Reduce Your Risk of COVID With Increased Exercise

You can get Ivermectin, an apple flavored gel for horses, on amazon cheap. Check ingredients to make sure it's only Ivermectin. I don't think it's dangerous for humans. I think that is said for legal reasons and because the cdc wants everything other than their safe vaccines to be feared. I am getting good videos in my you tube feed that say more about using the horse paste. I think research on duck duck go will also get you better and less censored results. I just met with 4 anti vax women and they hadn't heard about Ivermectin. (!) It's the algorithms and censorship I should think. Search Ivermectin and FLCCC for best info.

Chronic exercise with moderate intensity significantly reduced the expression of NLRP3 gene and subsequent release of serum levels of IL-1β, IL-18 cytokines. However, In the case of chronic exercise with high intensity, a significant INCREASE in expression of gene, NLRP3 and serum levels of IL-1β, IL-18 cytokines were observed www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/.../PMC6524053 This may suggest moderate or light intensity only would be beneficial during later stage of covid-19 or in those with comorbidities like obesity and type 2 diabetes that also increase nlrp3, while high intensity may help boost immunity response initially in those without comorbidities

SARS-CoV-2 activates the NLRP3 inflammasome, resulting in the processing and secretion of active Interleukin 1β (IL-1β) and IL-18 and the initiation of a cytokine release syndrome. The NLRP3 inflammasome I found also links other complement-mediated inflammation (Obesity and Type 2 diabetes activate complement for example) and further IL-1β/IL-18 release as complement also elicits secretion of both IL-1β and IL-18 in vitro and in vivo via the NLRP3 inflammasome. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23817414 This means that those with comorbidities are more likely to already have nlrp3 inflammasome activation which is one thing that contributes to making the situation worse.

Take your vitamin D3, K2, zinc, etc. daily. Put some ivermectin on your shelf... "just in case". Get on with your life. Try to isolate yourself as much as possible from the necessity to wear a mask. If at all possible, wear a face shield instead. Talk openly with store clerks in an attempt to change attitudes. Tell them you hate to see them suffering and will not mind if they remove masks so they can breathe if you are the only customer in the shop.
