I have sung Opera for 34 years, and swim, both of these are really good for your lungs, but definitely Opera singing uses diaphragm better than anything, even swimming, because swimming is holding the breath and releasing air slowly but moving legs and arms, where sas singing is releasing the voice and those vibrations of sound affect the lungs and head and whole body in a way no other singing or other activity, in swimming you do not use your voice, thats the difference&lt;/p&gt;

Possibly, reimburse insurance companies for monies &amp;nbsp;paid out for &amp;nbsp;hospital bills and other bills that have accumulated since the pandemic began. Just an idea&lt;/p&gt;

I&amp;#39;ve always had some kind of problem with my lungs; but between the singing and the saxophone, my lungs get a pretty good workout. The cycling doesn&amp;#39;t hurt, either!&lt;/p&gt;
