To kill COVID‐19, heat virus‐containing objects for 3 minutes at a temperature above 75°C (160°F). 5 minutes for temperatures above 65°C (149°F). 20 minutes for temperatures above 60°C (140°F). I have an infrared sauna that I use 3x per week, going on seven years, 1/2 hour sessions, and setting my temperature at 140 degrees. I'm CCP-Virus proof. Plus, there are numerous other health benefits of infrared therapy.

Google inhalation steam therapy. Everyday twice a day breath ten times through your nose and ten times through your mouth. Been doing this since the start of this virus. Thus far no virus. I wonder if anyone has tried getting into a relaxing Swedish sauna for long enough to raise the body's temperature and kill the coronavirus. Add a little steam to get into the lungs and there goes the coronavirus.

As on this site the 'rona translates into harmful effects of mass manipulation and poisoning, I figure boiling my super-filtered water (5 filters; particle, carbon, RO, and another two carbon plus artificial rasin and silver) makes sense. :D

High heat according to the original article in Science Daily is 72 degrees Celsius, which would be 161.6 degrees F. I keep my masks in my car and wouldn't be surprised if the temp gets that high in summer in NM. Geri Rhodes
