This is a bio-weapon that should not be mass produced. He may have 4 different kinds of vaccines so people act different...one maybe a control and then different doses to confuse people. It maybe a fast kill to kill off elderly etc or slow kill so people can't blame the vaccine. He may have thrown in Lyme etc in the vaccines. It is not a vaccine as much as to alter the genes/over load the immune system. Gates wants to lower the population not help health.

Actually, it makes "gate's sense" to limit vaccine availability to affluent countries. Per his stated genocidal goals, killing off the educated will get rid of the "problem people" leaving the poor to be easily manipulated deep state slaves.
