Peeps of the northern or southern latitudes need supplemental vitamin D3. I take 10,000 IU daily, as I do not get adequate time in the sun, and my blood tests come out at 90. People of color really need to take D3. I got a gut feeling they're not getting enough.

"more intense UV (ultraviolet) radiation in summer are likely to support public health", a roundabout way of saying vitamin D is beneficial for your immune system.

The second wave with the Manaus variant hit the cities of northeastern Brazil, and to make matters worse we could not leave the house, sunbathe, go to the beach. Many young people died, the strain came with much greater aggressiveness.

Then why is there a second wave in India? It's the hottest time of the year there. Maybe living in air-conditioning and fans is stirring up dust, microbes amd viruses (if you think viruses exist)?

As a Canadian resident I have to say Mexico is a much more pleasant place to live and people are less panicked by news
