"Officials said" who are these officials?....was there a medical autopsy or done? A post-mortem examination or necropsy is the examination of the body of a dead person and is performed primarily to determine the cause of death, .......was any or this done? Who did it...we want to see the actual report...so just accept what someone MIGHT have thought or proposed or assumed ??..NOT!!!!!!!!

This is one of many questions that should be thoroughly and critically asked BEFORE any announce can be made......so in today's world no-one want to be 'bother with the details' so 99% just take this assumption to be accurate.....when its really ONLY what YOU have been TOLD TO KNOW.

Definitely died as a result of an adverse effect to the vaccination. All the articles in the MSM fail to provide sufficient information.

People are going to drop like flies. When flu season starts this year I think it’s going to be horrible for those that got the death shot
