I've noted the same among my two children, adults, and so many around me. We are a far healthier people when we are busy most of the day, active, living a life. I'm afraid so many will never "decide with vigor, anger driven, to "have a real life" having been imposed on so harshly, and not really knowing how to fight back, to even avoid the impact, while having to "obey". Only our independent thought can ever keep us free, as individuals.

I have found a great deal of relief by using blueblocker glasses when online. But nobody talks about the blue light harming our eyes. LEDs, fluorescents and TV/phone/tablet screens emit major doses of blue light. I first noticed negative effects while working in a windowless office with low ceiling covered with large fluorescents.

"Unexpected pandemic fallout"?? You could say it was overlooked by the MSM and "reputable sources of information". Unexpected? No. I have no doubt there are thousands of health professionals, and millions of people overall, who thought of this as one of the effects of the lockdowns. I know I did. It's totally obvious this would happen. Like most others, I didn't particularly dwell on it since there is so much collateral damage from the lockdowns it's hard to focus on any particular ones, except the obvious economic devastation and loss of freedom.

It is the length of the eye, and the curvature of the Cornea that cause most nearsightedness or farsightedness. Now there seems to be a new cause - eyestrain, and blue light coming from the screens of computers, laptops and smartphones. Don't blame the Ophthalmologists, Opticians or Optometrists. Opticianry was one of the very first guilds.

I am more concerned about the suicides. It is a fact that many children do not live in good homes. Thus, many children feel trapped when they are confined in such situations and do not even have a friend to hug and talk to about their problems.

Children? I bet their eyes got wrecked. How about people working from home on endless Zoom calls?? Headaches, eye strain, flashing screens, it adds up over time unless a serious effort to be grounded, and often. Then take a lot of time off from screen assaults...

Vision issues should be and probably are naturally curable, but TPTB always want to create dependency and profit off of others with their "crutches" - glasses, contacts, and surgery.

The medical mafia want to medicalize everything. There is no profit in good health. Poor vision is psychosomatic in many cases as it is a way for a child to protect him or her from the truth of what is really going on in their world.

And once these kids get eyeglasses - their vision will only deteriorate further. Eyeglass prescriptions can be manipulated to cause further damage to the eyes! Why isn’t vision therapy ever recommended !! Just Another way to destroy our health and a most deceptive way at that ...
