(I'm autoimmune and suffer multiple allergies, so I'm not getting a vaccine, by the way - and how would that help anyway, if I've got covid already"?)

If you had had Long Covid as I have you would not be so callous. I have spent 18 months in despair and agony with hives, fatigue and IBS. I was incredibly fit in September 2019: 55 years old, 58 kg, and a size 8. I am now 56, 68kg, and a size 12. I do not remember Christmas 2019 or 2020. After 18 months in bed with first an infection and then hives which daily covered ALL of my body and itched , Chronic Fatigue so bad that I could not get out of bed, certainly couldn't walk the dog, and totally reliant on my husband. I am recovering due to an extremely expensive supplement regime which we can barely afford due to my loss of income and the downturn in business for my self-employed husband. For those who might benefit, my regime is as follows: Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin B,C, very high dose D3/K2, Probiotics, Selenium, Quercetin, and Thyroid medication. I do not give the amounts, despite being a nutritionist, as everyone's requirement varies.

I hope this enlightens you. Should anyone want to know more, or share their own experience, please get in touch. It is a lonely route back to health after the isolation of a long drawn out illness.

By halting the body's initial immune response, the virus buys time to deepen the infection of its host as well as increase its chances of being transmitted to another person. Inhibiting the NLRP3 inflammasome would inhibit both IL-1β and IL-18 as well as complement hyperactivation. So while most of the treatments that are shown to help after replication work in part by inhibiting the NLRP3 inflammasome hyperactivation, It would also be important to note that over suppressing these necessary immune pathways right away that may already be lowered would additionally allow the virus to not be cleared and in some people who do not have existing inflammation pathways overactive such as those with comorbidities, may even need a boost to restore the immune response. That is where suggestions like hydrogen peroxide or sambucol black elderberry may be helpful in those specific cases to restore suppressed immune function. www.biorxiv.org/.../2021.02.04.429738v1 http://sha.rest/FLJv2P

95 percent of the children with MIS-C had SARS-CoV-2 viral particles in their stool but no or low levels of particles in their noses or throats, we investigated further and found that viral material lingering in the gut long after the first COVID-19 infection could lead to MIS-C www.sciencedaily.com/.../210525160845.htm Numerous studies have already shown that there are possibilities of viral persistence in recovered patients as the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus is known to further itself into the gastrointestinal tracts and also other organs such as the liver, kidneys and even the brain http://sha.rest/h01rEd

No taste can be low Zn. Zn/Mg are very important for chemical reactions in the brain/body. No gluten may help more nutrients absorb in the intestines. Mg may help the heart/muscles/headache. Milk thistle may help regenerate the liver and help the kidneys. Vit A may help air soak into the lungs along with Zn/Mg. Maybe Lyme/coinfections was infected into them so they need that kind of help. A Zyto scan may show the names of the infections in 4 minutes.

Let's also speak about celebrities who start to dare talking about the really long and invalidating effects of the covid 'vaccine' itself they have to endure, like rock-legend Eric Clapton or, in another genre, the author of 'Your Country Is Not That Into You', self-described 'jagg-off comedian who's doing shows in his garage', Jimmy Dore. Here below is a link to Jimmy Dore speaking out about his excruciating experience of vaccine injury since he took his second shot of the 'vaccine' on April 17th, 2021. It is worth noting that Jimmy Dore, who is always prompt to call a spade by its name when he sees one, was amazingly notoriously very pro-covid-vaccine before this happened to him. Now he reveals his doctors told him they saw many such adverse reactions to the 'vaccine', but that people, even doctors, do not dare to talk about it for fear of being smeared! Because I do not consult doctors regularly, I cannot confirm whether I had HBP before covid. I also did not consult a doctor when I had covid. A blood test in January confirmed that I had had covid, with an antibody count of over 250. I was a regular plasma donor for 4 years until 2018. The plasma donors have frequent medical check ups, and at each donation temperature, iron levels and blood pressure is measured. Blood pressure never high. So now I wonder whether there is a connection to covid. I had another blood test done last week, out of curiosity, and the antibody count is still high, 208.
