The AAP should know better. Government websites will tell us that small air particulates can be windblown for hundreds of miles. So what about masks and six foot distancing? Ridiculous. At that rate the government had better mandate that people be hundreds of miles apart! considering the California fires when airborne particulates were windblown thousands of miles, then maybe the government should mandate that we all be thousands of miles apart, including 2 year olds and newborns! (Sarcasm intended). Go food shopping thousands of miles apart, and food checkers had better do so by remote! If we can breathe through the masks, they are porous and will allow tiny particles (viruses) to get through. What a terrifying few paragraphs! The double-speak of the AAP is simply jaw-dropping, and the life and death consequences they are handing out - to innocent 2 year old kids and up - is monstrous on a level commiserate to any state-sponsored genocide in modern history. in fact, we are witnessing the greatest crime against humanity in all of human history, enabled by technology and the unavoidable truth of the evil heart of mankind. I cannot adequately express my revulsion at the abuse of defenseless children. It must be stopped.

Is the AAP supposed to be a group of Doctors? I know this sounds like a ridiculous question but apparently they don't pay much attention to actual science or just plain facts and common sense. You know like the studies that say masks don't really do anything. Additionally since children are not at risk what is the matter with interacting with the world and developing a robust natural immune system. Vaccinated or not children are not at risk and your going to make them endure wearing masks that are proven ineffective. These people need to have their medical licenses revoked...what is the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
