Cameras capable of scanning our eyeballs at freeway speeds, and even reading the print of an open book also at freeway speeds, are mounted to utility poles, wrote the ACLU. The problem here as I personally see it, concerns government over-reach and ill motives (framing people for self gain purposes, enforcing agendas, more). About the state of surveillance in general (not necessarily facial recognition): &nbsp; They also wrote that in London, where surveillance cameras are abundant, that voyeurism resulted and those watched were disproportionately women. Further, that the surveillance cameras did no good, the crimes moved from where cameras were, to where they weren&#39;t.</p>
