I wrote on comments that nobody has been harmed from taking vitamin D3 BUT loads of people are being harmed by not taking enough, that we are being born deficient in it and that virtually none of us have optimum levels of it.  Outside workers, those who eat seal and those who are thinner are more likely to have vitamin D3 levels, Those of us in more northern climates, who do not eat oily fish, who are fat, who are dark skinned, who have less sunshine, who use sunscreen are all going to be lacking in it.&lt;/p&gt;
