Even the docs don&amp;#39;t really know if they will work for that person! So--why not just use the &amp;#39;complimentary samples&amp;#39; that the &amp;#39;Pill Pimps&amp;#39; come trucking into the docs offices in their little &amp;#39;sample filled suitcases?&amp;#39; (That is, if we are gonna be guinea pigs anyway!) &amp;nbsp;ANSWER: Big Pharma wants that upfront money!&lt;/p&gt;

They could have come up with suggestions like, if it&amp;#39;s a new drug for the patient, prescribe a one week supply to make sure they don&amp;#39;t have side effects before prescribing a monthly supply. Or if the doctor is ready to prescribe a drug to counteract side effects from a drug the patient is taking, maybe they should try a substitute for the first drug.&lt;/p&gt;
