Please advise on a Pre Vaccine Immune boosting strategy. I have strengthened my immune system since the start of the Plannedemic, however, My job will fire me if I don't take it. I have never had it despite my constant exposer so I'm doing something right. I know you can advise how to make the vaccine leave my body with as little damage as possible. I'm 52 but very active, My blood work is awesome (no inflammation, A1c great, etc) I have increased my Ketones and plan to IM Fast longer on my Keto/ Carnivore Diet but believe I can do more. I will start taking your MCT oil to increase my ketones as well. I already take your Zinc, Vit D, Magnesium, Lion's mane, Potassium, Probiotics, Krill, to thin my blood for the J&J, Quercetin, Catalyn, Serrapeptase, Omega 3, and a few others. We believe in what you're saying Mercola. You were right about GMOs, etc ...Thanks for being strong.

Immunity is really the lack of symptoms or fast recovery from threats because of good health, i.e. Terrain Theory, not dubious Germ Theory assertions.

I have tested my immunity for at least a year and a half. I am in the top over 99% who has not come down with any serious impact of COVID 19. My strategy is working so far.

What’s really important to remember with this antibody testing is that the original antibody tests that are the ones they’re widely using (and probably the only one still being used) they apparently DO NOT DETECT the new variants. So unless you have the original/wild variant that plagued us up until the UK/Brazil etc variants arrived this past spring, do not even do the testing because it will show negative/no antibodies when in fact, if you had C-19 when the variants started arriving, you likely do have them, but the test will read negative because it’s not sensitive or picking up the type you had nor the correlating antibodies....And then of course that drives some to say ohh shoot, no antibodies? I better go get the Jab then 😭 😡

The good news though is there are scientists now working on antibody testing that will identify the strains and therefore be accurate!! Otherwise, again, the current tests are worthless if you had any of the strains since the original/wild. Here’s the info :

"to end the pandemic" ... Well, you need first to prove this is a "pandemic". Scientifically I mean. And science has been thrown out of the window a long time ago it seems. Plus this is about the same argument as "zero covid'... Only it is "10% covid"... If you claim "90% herd immunity" is necessary... for what exactly? BS then. Why not "ending" flu, common cold etc. ?

One question I would ask is who controls the testing of antibody immunity going forward. I mean just as the PCR testing has proven and was intended to skew the casedemic #'s, why wouldn't the same corrupt individuals create and antibody test which would have to be used and gave results they wish to see. Just sayin....
