As Dana Perrino surmised...this was most likely a ploy to help Gavin Newsom win his recall. He is for the jab and many CAs will think this the mandate will help get more jabbed if they keep Newsom. Praying for sane Californians to remove this hypocrite that does NOT have their best interests in mind.

As I said on another post on this site--Biden is guilty of nothing less than COERCION! Look it up! This is the definition I found on coercion: "The broad definition of coercion is "the use of express or implied threats of violence or reprisal (as discharge from employment) or other intimidating behavior that puts a person in immediate fear of the consequences in order to compel that person to act against his or her will." Actual violence, threats of violence, or other acts of pressure may constitute coercion if they're used to subvert an individual's free will or consent. In legal terms, it's often said that someone who's been coerced was acting under duress. In fact, "duress" and "coercion" are often interchanged. Black's Law Dictionary defines duress as "any unlawful threat or coercion used... to induce another to act [or to refrain from acting] in a manner [they] otherwise would not [or would]."

It's not always easy to tell when the line between subtle intimidation and coercion has been crossed and even harder to prove. A shrewd business negotiation may be considered contract coercion only if it can be proven that it was signed under duress. Similarly, proving criminal coercion (or duress) rests on the surrounding facts of the incident and may be quite subtle. For example, telling someone "Gee, I'd hate for something to happen to your daughter" is technically vague even when it's said with coercive intent.

...or Bill is set to lose his mind when a bunch of them expire (what was the number? 400,000,000?) and is willing to line Biden's pockets to get him to force it on us. Anyone wonder why members of congress are exempt? Oh ya, it's US AND THEM....I love it when government makes different rules for themselves vs the population they are suppose to be governing. Maybe they will throw in more raises for themselves also!

I wonder if anyone asked Biden if he knows what the fallout will be? What are we at, 49% unvax'd? That's a lot of wasted shots if people don't get it. But really, are they keeping the data from Israel away from him? Are they keeping the lawsuits from his knowledge bank? Is he not seeing the devastation and deaths from the damn vaccine? Does he know censored doctors are screaming that we can keep people out of the hospitals (witnessing it right here in my own town!)... the 24/7 news watchers have NO CLUE of all the knowledge brought to this platform. I was in a gathering last night and couldn't believe what I was hearing.

Do you know that many still believe the original version of where it came from? I was told only 5 in one million will die from the shot - I couldn't even believe what I was hearing. So many TRULY believe the vax is the only way to save the day. On here I read and am overjoyed we are putting our heads together and thinking this through. I'm stunned that 'out there' mainstream media has a totally different reality for people. I don't want to live there. Our therapies are wrong. Why won't they listen? It can't be just about the almighty dollar. It has to be about 'letting people go' ... First of all, Biden's shameful, incompetent Afghanistan exit was neither. He's proud of it as it is part of the plan. The United States has to be taken down as a super power for the Great Reset. The FDA pulled a bait and switch when they approved a vaccine that is not one of those under EUA at the present time. None of those shots can be mandated. Pay attention because something is in the works and they are trying to keep us distracted. I don't trust any of these Communists.
