Don't know about all virus - known for at least a century the salt mines in Romania have either kept at bay or solved upper respiratory illness (pneumonia, asthma, etc) among miners; therefore it makes sense that saline solutions will work to some degree or other. My guess is the vaxxed are now spreading this covid thing far and wide, simply by aerosolizing and spreading spike proteins, a different environmental toxin to deal with than the initial wave last year...

I use to get sinus infections 3-4 times a year. I started using Neil med saline nasal irrigation’s on a daily bases. No sinus infections since. Also rarely get a cold. When I had covid, continued the same practice. I believe this is one of the reasons I was able to get over it without complications. That and lots of vitamin C and D, zinc, quercetin, etc.

Seems kinda like my daily dose of vitamin C powder and rock salt in RO (reverse osmosis) water, all to bowel and kidney tolerance. I drink it through a glass straw to minimize tooth exposure, thoroughly rinsing teeth to prevent tooth erosion, and neutralizing remaining acid with diluted liquid organic soap before flossing and brushing with more diluted liquid soap, followed by more thorough rinsing. That huge dose is always refreshing.
