This would be an exciting development.

I have been taking Vit D3 consistently for many years. When I first asked my doctor to check my level it was low, deficient. Since then I have been taking Vit D3 along with K-7 almost daily, and my last check up it registered at 86. In the intervening years since I started to pay attention to this deficiency, probably 15 to 20 years thus far, I have not gotten the common cold, or the flu. When I do feel something coming on, I notice that the symptoms rarely progress beyond a mild annoyance to more moderate or severe. It takes me around 3 to 4 days to begin to feel normal again. I've also noticed how stable my mood is. In the long winters, I feel good energy, good focus, alertness, etc. I have to say that I also eat zero factory foods, zero rancid factory seed/vegetable oils, and very small amounts of plant foods. Growing older, and currently 61, I have to say that I feel much, much better than when I was in my 30's! :)
