Since the FDA (long ago) determined prescription opioids to be necessary under numerous circumstances and legal to prescribe dependent upon a clinician&amp;#39;s diagnosis, no illegal activity can be proven unless the prosecution can clearly demonstrate that physicians made illegitimate prescriptions for illegitimate diagnosis.  Which is never going to happen. The government-created &amp;quot;opioid crisis&amp;quot; is nothing more than an unjustifiable money grab!&lt;/p&gt;
