MY NEPHEW WAS DENIED A DOUBLE LUNG TRANSPLANT BY THE UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA, CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA FOR NOT TAKING AN EXPERIMENTAL VACCINE. HE IS LOOKING AT ALL OTIONS AND HAS JOINED WITH OTHERS TO INITIATE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT - WHICH THEY WILL WIN AS THEY HAVE MULTIPLE FEDERAL LAWS, CIVIL RIGHTS, NUREMBERG CODE, FOURTH AMENDMENT OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION - AND IF THE UNIVERSITY PERSISTS IN FORCING AAAN EXPERIMENTAL VACCINE AGAINST HIS WISHES, HE CAN ALSO SUE FOR DOMESTIC TERRORISM, UNDER 18 US.S CODE 2332, SEC. 802., FEDERAL LAW 21 U.S. CODE 360BBB-3 - NO ONE CAN MANDATE ANYONE TO TAKE AN EXPERIMENTAL VACCINE. 21U.S. CODE 50; 23 & 24- COERCION IS ILLEGAL, CIVIL RIGHTS ACTS- TITLE II, III AND VII. THESE INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES HAVE RIGHTS AND I HOPE THE SUE THE HELL OUT OF THESE INSITUTIONS WHO ARE PLAYING JUDGE, JURY AND EXECUTIONER!!!

The democrats are playing hardball. Maybe it's time to rethink being an organ donor? If I can never be a recipient, why be a donor? And if hospitals are refusing some treatments, insurance companies should be required to reduce premiums.

So they would rather let this guy die than give him a heart transplant if he refuses an injection. Slam those doctors, hospital administrators, nurses, and anybody making or enforcing this criminal policy, in jail! NOW! And don't wait! PS And what of the fact that nowadays there is reimbursed testing available? So why hold a virtual gun to someone's head, "your body or your life" ??

Why does the family not ever mention in these videos that myocarditis and pericarditis are acknowledged risks of these injections??? And that even his doctors have acknowledged these risks. It's the "ethics" group of the hospital requiring the injection and ignoring this high risk. And they also don't mention that the injections are still under "experimental use authorization"? (Although I'm sure that would hardly matter). Unfortunately, the news report makes it seem like it's just a decision based on a whim. But in actuality, they probably edit out the pertinent parts of the conversation -- like risks of myocarditis and pericarditis.

Honest reporters with integrity would question the hospital spokesperson regarding the known risks of these injections to his heart and the fact that he is especially at risk from the injections since any more damage to already frail heart would easily prove fatal. I bet with his age and physical condition that he is much more likely to survive and thrive than many others on the transplant list. Sadly, we are already in the day & age of selective health care. Be sure to invest in at-home treatments ahead of time - nebulizers, supplements, P73 oregano oil, etc. Look into EMT training and learn all you can about first-aid. We'll all need it now more than ever!

If this poor man should die (God forbid) before he makes the decision being forced upon him by theses disciples of Satan, how many patients or future patients do you think would abandon this hospital to hell? Unfortunately, I doubt it would not be nearly as many as needed to put them out of business, or even hurt them seriously. That's just the kind of world we live in, ruled by Satan and his spiritual and (supposedly human) globalist followers. Prayer is very effective, and I urge everyone reading this to pray that the hospital will change their 'rule' and allow DJ Ferguson to live.

If we had a real justice system instead of the Orwellian 'Ministry of Love', the people responsible for denying this man a transplant based upon his not having the experimental gene therapy injection, which by itself could kill him, would already have been fired and charged with a major crime.

Denied a heart transplant? Just matter of time before all medical care denied to anyone without the full scheme of shots Don't need any immediate medical care? Well how about not being able to buy gas or electricity? Our Canadian government has shown just how easy that can happen.

This is beyond ridiculous- it doesn’t even make sense considering the shots are know to cause heart inflammation..?? And people like this young man, who should be exempt for medical reasons, have to pay the price. Shame on the Womens Hospital!!!

This hospital's decision for this young man is WRONG on so many levels. So now, this young man who is in need of a heart transplant - has a young, growing family - is going to consider getting the death jab so he can get the heart transplant to be there for the future of his family? It seems like a death sentence to me!

Pure Evil!!! I would fight it and sue the hospital. They are hoping this man dies, for his body(hear excluded) are worth millions on a black market that has srpung up for PUREBLOOD body parts.
