This was dramatically obvious. All ads have to be paid for. Local and federal governments have been paying for "public service" ads on all sorts of topics for decades from dangers of smoking and illegal drugs to the importance of prenatal care. Who else would be paying for ads about Covid except the government, "nonprofits", and vaccine companies? So obvious.

Our congress is to blame for this evil wase of the taxpayer's money! This includes many other wasteful acts, such as the Bio-weapon labs in Ukraine, China, etc. Congress has full control of the "Purse". Folks: we have too many enemies ( Commie Pinkos) in our government!

The U.S. is one of the only countries in the world that allows direct-to-consumer drug advertisements. New Zealand is the other one. Media outlets that rely on commercial revenues from drug companies are not going to investigate anything that would threated their own profits. (Unfortunately, NPR was de-fanged years ago for mildly questioning the U.S. invasion of Iraq.)
