After the vaccine I had extreme inflammation - tinnitus and high blood pressure. The blood pressure is now back to normal - tinnitus still with me.

The jabs are toxic chemical weapons, which can cause the blood to thicken and even solidify. Inadequate/no blood flow can cause tissue to die and Blacken, as I saw when using skin tag removal bands, to cut blood flow at the base of the skin tags. This maybe what is happening to his tissue. It's especially bad news on the torso, and who knows how deep it goes; it may be, and probably is, fatal!
