Complex toxic drugs, like these jabs, are bound to cause many symptoms and damage, especially when electrically active stuff, like rGO and metal particles, are included. Being obese probably doesn't help, and all that bulk and weight would need strong people to be able to restrained him if they see the risk of him injuring himself or others during a spasm; a weaker person may risk injury if they try to help! Eating, drinking, and excreting are probably challenging too. I wonder if he can even sleep enough.
