There must be a way to sue for this. I don't care what the gags are with regard to suing bigpHARMa. Good lawyers will find a way around such gag orders ("don't complain in court!") What nonsense, to honor this as the law of the land is ludicrous. Stop playing into the unconstitutional self-gain-oriented machine! Fight the very notion of it, invoke the law! And sue the Feds for scrubbing the database while leaving a sentient person to suffer without relief. If it really is not possible (I doubt that) to sue the entities, then sue the individuals involved, personally, one-on-one! The upshot: I deeply, deeply object (to understate significantly) to the injuring of, and turning of backs on the injured. This is criminal behavior, and I hope more and more people will speak up and make a big issue of it. I think the victims should unite and file class action. There has to be a way. I insist on it.
