Just using the actual number that were hospitalized and died for each group doesn&#39;t tell us anything unless we know how many were in each group. For example, if 1000 unvaccinated people died, but we find out that there are only 10,000 unvaccinated people, that&#39;s 10%. If 16,000 unvaccinated died, but 3 million were vaccinated, the percentage is much lower.
