Mg may help relax muscles. The shots seem to lower Zn/Mg and may hurt the gut lining so less nutrients absorb. A hair test to see good minerals/heavy metals may help.

In my limited interactions with the medical system I observe they have moved into the "see no evil - speak n evil" and maybe all will bad stuff will go away. Sad we have done this to ourselves but in Canada, we are now (supposedly) saying infants should get these gene shots. Now that is far beyond stupidity - it is violently criminal.
