NAC, 500mg, up to twice a day has dramatically improved my need for long term asthma medications. In fact, I don’t use them at all anymore. I do use my albuterol inhaler as needed.

I stopped taking my daily Allegra 4 days ago. My haze is gone as well as my need for 2 one hour naps a day. Life is good.

Not sure what to suggest for allergies, but here's a possible suggestion for asthma. I noticed one of the personal trainers at the gym to which I belong as he is fit and practices what he preaches. Once I noticed he was wearing a mask (before C-19) and inquired about it. He said it's an elevation mask. An elevation mask restricts the amount of air that you can breathe. It has six increasing levels of restriction designed to simulate the sensation of training at incrementally higher elevations.

Any drug may hurt the brain/body. They may have 20 side effects. Minocycline greatly hurt me as it goes into the brain. Coconut flakes/blueberries/lecithin/fish oil/Vit C/Vit D3/sunlight and more may help the brain. Milk thistle/dandelion may help detox.

I was once prescribed a steroid nasal spray for my allergies. After the severe nosebleeds and sore throats I said "never again!" I sure as hell won't try them for my asthma!
