I noticed one of the personal trainers at the gym to which I belong as he is fit and practices what he preaches. Once I noticed he was wearing a mask (before C-19) and inquired about it. He said it&amp;#39;s an elevation mask. An elevation mask restricts the amount of air that you can breathe. It has six increasing levels of restriction designed to simulate the sensation of training at incrementally higher elevations.&lt;/p&gt;

They may have 20 side effects. Minocycline greatly hurt me as it goes into the brain. Coconut flakes/blueberries/lecithin/fish oil/Vit C/Vit D3/sunlight and more may help the brain. Milk thistle/dandelion may help detox.&lt;/p&gt;
