I need an explanation of how myocarditis is "self-limiting"? Is "self-limiting" meaning that myocarditis is not contagious? In what sense is a fatal heart condition "self-limiting"?

I never hear anything on how the J&J shot compares to the mRNA for these injuries. Also, I never found anything about how the 2 versions affected the T cells and B cells long term...if a booster was even needed with the J&J which was supposed to help T and B cells more than the mRNA. Since I am over 60, I did the J&J and the booster. We took a boatload of quercetin, NAC, B's, D, zinc and lots of other stuff throughout COVID. I also take BOLUOKE enzymes (originally to prevent more arthritis from tennis), which made me feel safer about taking the vaccine. I never used to get sick and I still never get sick (lots of knocking on wood now). Thank you Dr. Mercola for all the info and for staying tough on these vaccine mandates which are soooo wrong! I would like to see SAFE vaccines produced for little no profit, if that could ever be possible.
