Goodbye to FTC agents who back this attack on the FIRST amendment, which was penned into that very position quite deliberately, by our founding fathers, who put free speech into that first position as a terribly important pillar of democracy. The 14th amendment also requires equal protection under the law, for all (certainly not limited to but including journalists and bloggers), while also forbidding enforcement of unconstitutional laws or activity. It names such insurrection against the Constitution, as treason. Evidently, the FTC is guilty of just that, and has to be prosecuted accordingly, or minimally it has to be sued. constitution.congress.gov/.../amendment-14
