The trial was halted early because of the preterm birth issue, but the still submitted the application? They didn't want to have to account for more preterm births. At least they were giving the shots closer to term or there would have been miscarriage rather than early births. I'd rather have my baby take its chances with RSV than all those side effects. And there were probably others that they didn't list, calling them unrelated.
