This is a deeply concerning and dreadful mad science generated inanity. The unique and dynamic ecosystems of nature and the creation of God have a harmony and balance that is meant to be responsive to the microsystem as well as the macrosystem of ecology, including the generation of human beings. To interrupt the remarkable interaction of nature and nurture by introducing fake humans who are in all apparent and surface ways "real" is a form of eugenics and opens the door to human agency to build the transhumans so many blighted technologues are having wet dreams about.

We already have a disturbing phenomenon of designer babies bought and produced to order and sold by Mengelean doctors, to the filthy rich, who rent wombs in other women who in turn sell their children. These designer babies are crafted the way some people brew beer. To taste. This isn't healthy for anyone, including our general population which ebbs and flows in its natural regulation of balance and random harmony just as our societies and cultures do. The saddest thing of all is the millions of parentless children who will never be wanted nor adopted. It is hidesous.

In the short term they can now completely cancel women (they’re already doing a stellar job) at 20 weeks a female fetus has her full complement of eggs. These crazies can abort said fetus and and harvest her eggs. Just how far have we come from moral decency and integrity. It truly is frightening.

End times “stuff” for sure. While God gives us free will, and we all sin every day, there are those who put “evil” in overdrive, and are just wicked. God made man and woman (not Bill Gates, not egomaniacal scientists), and will put an end to this soon. That all humans are now “hackable” as per Noah Harari, I would say the doomsday clock is at about 11:59. People who don’t appear to have a functioning conscience, will soon find themselves in a literal hell on earth - tribulation.

Would this affect kids like inbreeding does which may make a offspring weaker/less smart etc..? Mitochondria get hurt so cloning would put the age of newborn at a older age with older mitochondria shorter life?

It could get to the point that the super rich have this done so they have backup parts in case they need transplants. No need for immune suppressing drugs if it's your identical body. This new person would probably be raised in isolation, a prisoner, to keep him safe and ready in case needed. It sounds like science fiction.
