People need sunlight for many reasons. Even prisoners are let out to get sun everyday. We need Vitamin D and the fresh air that you get from being outside in the sun. That doesn't mean yo have to lie around in it for hours but at least 45 minutes everyday is essential.

That's why the fear of going out was propagated because of... the pandemic: so that people don't expose themselves to sunlight that would destroy these "filamentary networks" introduced by injection. On the other hand, exposure to LED light in homes propagates the growth, expansion and development of this synthetic neural structure inoculated into the human body. Here in England, right at the beginning of the "pandemic", all the bulbs with incandescent filament (which emit light in the IR and NIR spectrum) were replaced by those based on LEDs in the big stores...

Uuhh-Oohh, it was something purely coincidental, wasn't it...?! :))) If you have a terracotta/clay or brick stove in which you burn wood and you lean against it or near it, you will understand what I mean. The best thing is to watch the wood burn and become red hot. This will considerably amplify the healing effect because that light will heal the brain and the body through the eyes and not only due to the natural thermal emission. The clay heated by the wood fire has a healing effect on the body recalibrating the DNA, that is, the ancestral memory "stored" in the bone system and bone marrow. It is also advisable to sit with your feet on this hot stove or towards the wood fire because this will activate and clean the energy meridians

That meant that I was able to repel or recover from many dozens symptoms and chronic illnesses all of my life. Here is one of my experiences of massive sun exposures, I often greased my face with chemgoo. By my middle-age, I had accumulated different types on advertised "horrible age" spots on my face, mostly dry flaky skin, brownish spots and one pre-cancerous spot on top of my nose. A detrimentologist froze some off and ablated that now spot about once a year. I took Upon Dr. Macola's advice for sunshine and nutation, etc., and eliminated the substances recommended by brainwashing hexsquirts. Within months, all of those conditions disappeared. Now, about 3 dozen years since then, I still have the youngest healthiest looking skin possible.

The sun not only provides Vitamin D for the bones, but it nourishes the glands internally through the light we take in through our eyes. Without sunlight the body deteriorates faster. My father started putting me into the sun back East, when I was 4 months old... 89 years ago. . I have been into sunbathing all my life. Recently, I was going down the stairs a bit too fast and took a tumble down the last couple stairs...picked myself up and was totally fine. Isn't it amazing how little so many "experts" know?

I was diagnosed with it several years ago, and scheduled for a fairly invasive surgery/grafting on my upper lip and moustache area. I decided to cancel remembering that cancer can't thrive in an oxygen rich environment. I smeared a few drops daily of cell food (liquid oxygen) over the area for several weeks. It all disappeared and no trace of it still. I remembered this when I used the Budwig Protocol to cure my colon cancer years ago. Same principle.
