(I froze milk in ice cubes to keep it cold.) They said my kids they can&amp;#39;t bring their own milk and I said they had to because they were on a &amp;quot;special&amp;quot; diet and couldn&amp;#39;t drink their milk. I didn&amp;#39;t explain why, but they let it through.&lt;/p&gt;

They were mostly wonderful, delicious homemade food with whole milk. The major improvement was when they offered us Chocolate milk too. I could never drink white milk as it made me gag!! LOL So lunch improved with chocolate milk for me!!!&lt;/p&gt;

A peanut butter sandwich on homemade bread and an apple, as when I was a child, would still be an improvement over many school lunches.
