And I shouldn't be eating most of those unhealthy foods anyway. But I have learned to avoid most all of those above mentioned unhealthy foods, anyway, something the various inguinal hernia websites never seem to mention.

hmmm And my integrative doctor has me taking the NOW Pancreaton supplement to help aid better digestion. As long as I avoid all those above mentioned dense foods, I no longer get any more lower gut wrenching inguinal hernias. my.clevelandclinic.org/.../16266-inguinal-hernia . All that said, I sure miss lasagna which is loaded with much pasta strips, but the soft mozzarella cheese seems to agree with me. So I decided to experiment wi th home made lasagna, assisting with my lifelong autistic disabled SIL, and replace the pasta with cabbage leaves, with the usual ground beef and ground pork, oatmeal, eggs, mushrooms, onions, Italian tomato (marinara) sauce and spices like garlic powder, parsley, oregano and of course mozzarella cheese, ingredients.

The results came out great with more nutritional value from having replaced the pasta with many red or green cabbage leaves. It reminds me much of a combination of lasagna, pigs-in-a-blanket (aka stuffed cabbage), and a crust-free pizza casserole from Poppa Johns. OH! And instead of my favorite pumpkin pie (crust), we now make it as pumpkin pudding with no sugar. :-)

Nothing. Cured is not defined for heart disease. How long would it take for these recommendations to cure heart disease? Would other recommendations work, or work better? We don't try to cure heart disease. When heart disease is cured - and some cases are clearly cured - we can't tell. Our medical systems have no technique to determine that heart disease is cured, or that it has not been cured, or that it is not cured. to your health, tracy

Now the assignment is to find such food that hasn't been engineered to the lowest possible nutrient profile...and from a clean source. Good luck with that, and grow your own where you can...or at least know your farmers or fishermen, & buy local. Personally, I can't wait for Jesus to take it over, restore & lead it all aright.....but it's going to get extremely messy in the meantime as men & devils attempt to do it their antichrist ways first, stepping in ever bigger piles of their own doo of their own making along the way, & receiving the due recompense of their actions & their crafted, fake 'salvations' & antichrist 'god', until there's no remedy: the deceiving & being deceived, the builders who've rejected the chief cornerstone & who've tried taking his place with their 'systems' & their 'management', the blind leading the blind into the ditch thinking they're 'enlightened', supposing that gain is godliness & lies are 'knowledge', heaping to themselves (& any fool enough to follow them rather than the one true & living God of the Godhead, Father, Son and Holy Spirit according to the preserved & perfect scriptures) many sorrows Good grief.

Better to die & be with the Lord than to go where those are headed, & he chooses the timing of that, as well as providing the necessary grace commensurate with the challenges along the way brought by men playing 'gods' & their devils manifesting as angels of light deceiving them in their bondage & yet under the curse of sin & death...refusing the only sufficient remedy.

The Lord is still longsuffering for the sake of those yet to come to their senses & repent: but there are clear indications that his patience is nearing its end as he removes every refuge of freedom, & the showdown centering on Jerusalem below (the U.S. but a balkanized shell by craft&design, just one of the isles or ten heads on the beast), comes into view.

It is usually understood that "GROATS" implies WHOLE OATS unless otherwise qualified as "WHOLE" barley, buckwheat, or rye GROATS, etc, where the grain is separated from the chaff, but otherwise left WHOLE grain, and not crimped, rolled, instant, or even steel cut, and therefore with much better nutritional value. I now purchase whole oat organic groats in 1 lb (= 3 dry cups) hermetically sealed packets which makes for a perfect prepared batch that lasts me for ~2 weeks in the fridg/freezer.

I have also purchased a 50 lb prepper sized organic sack of groats that can be kept quite a long time in a cool, dry closet, or even much longer in a chest freezer, which not only extends shelf life, but will kill off any mites and insects within a week or so. And one can also find groats in bulk dispensers sold by the pound, where I use an old lined 3 lb coffee can for convenience. If you PLAN AHEAD, groat preparation couldn't be easier. I first soak the 1 lb (3 dry cups) of groats in deep water with a 1/4 cup of ACV to help eliminate any possible lectins and phytic acid, usually for 12-24 hours, and then rinse well in a colander. Next, the 1lb soaked batch is placed in a tall pot with a sliced-diced organic Granny Smith baking apple, with JUST TWO CUPS OF WATER, and brought to a full boil, at which time the heat is turned off completely and allowed to cool down to room temperature.

Once cooled, ghee/butter, UNsweetened TART dried cherries, and Cinnamon are added and stirred in that TALL pot, and refrigerated for the next day's breakfast. When I see that I'm about to run out in ~2 days, I start the next groat preparation all over again so I don't run out, so PLAN AHEAD! www.naturalgrocers.com/.../oats-whole-groats-org-50-lb may need advanced order ~www.naturalgrocers.com/.../ngbk-oats-whole-groats-org-1-lb
