They would not spay her because she did not have her rabies vaccine updated and told my husband she needed it before the surgery in the event she would bite someone. My husband called me and asked me if he should get her vaccinated and I said HELL NO! Vaccinating her and then putting her under is toxic overload to the body. To quell their concern, my husband went out to his vehicle, grabbed our Mal's basket muzzle (we have it because she bites my Shepherd every time they both are in his truck), went back in the office and said; "this should solve your problem." When I picked her up after the surgery, they again tried to sell me on the vaccine along with other vaccines such as a rattlesnake vaccine! I have never gone back.

When they are vaccinated, I use a spray that will mitigate the effects of the harmful additives found in vaccines. It’s made by Adored Beasts. All of my animals are adored! I lost my chocolate lab to a city mandated rabies shot. She went into convulsions and died.

I skip all the other vaccines since she had the panleukopenia shot a couple of times when she was younger. But my problem is the boarding kennels. They all demand that cats have the so-called "distemper" vaccine every year.

I told him he’s no longer around other dogs and really just goes in the backyard or a short walk now. He said it was the law he get the rabies vax. I reluctantly said ok and our sweet mini bulldog Teddy died during the night but managed to get to my slippers where we found him. This was a couple days after the vax. Licensing called to say they didn’t receive the money for his license and I explained what happened. She said the vet simply had to write senior dog on his paper and he wouldn’t need the rabies shot. I try to tell people with senior dogs to think about it before they get the rabies shot.

Yearly rabies shots? Madness! I’ve been reading for years about how many pets die each year of vaccinosis and it is blatant malpractice. Those flea treatments make ME sick, so I can’t imagine what they must make our pets feel like. I gave up on vets when the vet I took my dog to for an injury insisted I stay in the waiting room while he “treated” her. Not on you life, buddy boy. He became almost belligerent but in the end I won. I wouldn’t send my kid in without me, why would I send my dog? Fresh meat and bones diet is the best for good health and no teeth issues.

I took one of my cats, a beautiful tailless, long-haired Cymric, to the vet. He sprayed her with an extremely poisonous flea "treatment". For a few months, she had frequent tremors and convulsions. Shortly thereafter, I discovered her lifeless body. Not long thereafter I got adopted by a very handsome short-haired Manx cat. He was feral, and I'd been feeding him outside every day for several months. One day he didn't return for his daily feeding. After a week I thought I'd never see him again.

I was quite sad, thinking he had died. Then one day he returned for another feeding. He was bloody and battered, and was badly injured. I was still mourning the loss of my Cymric cat, and didn't want to lose another, but of course, I took him into my household. He was very loving and loyal to me. Even though he was feral, he knew that I loved him and was there to help him, because I had saved his life. Two years later I took him to the same vet. He had fleas, so again the vet sprayed him with a very poisonous flea " treatment".

My Manx cat immediately went into convulsions. I asked the "doctor" what was happening, to which he callously and flipantly replied, "he's just enjoying himself". My handsome manx cat had daily seizures and convulsions for a couple of months until, I discovered his lifeless body. That "doctor" killed two of my precious cats! ... Please people, do NOT trust veterinarians with their poisonous "treatments" and "vaccinations"!!! ... I've adopted two beautiful two cats since then, and I have NEVER taken them to a vet!!!

No medicines or treatments and both lived past 15 yo. One of them was an 80 pound lab mix . Both were healthy right up until their end. It has convinced me that vaccines and vet meds are deadly.

I titer my pets for rabies and distemper before re-vaccinating. Over vaccination and overuse of antibiotics is creating health issues for our pet population. Don’t get me started on pet food companies..

Dr Robb of Newtown, CT has been sued by PetSmart (Chewy) to the tune of $2 million for speaking out against over vaccinating pets and bad pet food. You can see him speak before a bored CT state legislature (very short video) toward the bottom of his index page. He also has papers you can share with your vet on this subject. www.protectthepets.com

One of my dogs has been struggling with different issues lately. I always promise myself that I will never return to those scammer vets, but of course, I panicked and took her in. Yet again it is just a big fat racket. The waiting room is lined with bags of Science Diet food, with the third ingredient either chicken fat or soybean oil. Prior to even seeing her they gave me a list of a battery of vaccines they want her to have. Thankfully she had a fever so she was able to bypass them. All in all, they had no idea what was wrong but charged my $300 -twice- for antibiotics (w/visit).

It's just a scam! Never have I seen them do anything for my pets. In fact when I stopped using their shampoo and flea/tick meds is when I finally stopped the flea/tick infestations. I haven't seen a flea in six years and only a rare tick; I only bathe them in cold water now. I am going to just keep them on the low linoleic acid/real food diet and keep them away from the vet from now on. I think that is the best solution for good health. Unless, of course, they need stitched up or some trauma care. It's what I do for my health so it should work for them too.

Everything else is unnecessary, and he’s 16 now. Thankfully I haven’t needed to board him for years because I have family members who can take care of him while I’m away. I wish veterinary science would catch up and stop recommending so many vaccines, especially in one visit. I know of dogs that have almost died because of vaccine overload in one visit.

We simply noted the ridiculous & growing authoritarian idiocy of the vet industry, & decided to opt out. Some of those people know not the difference between the race of mankind created in the image of God of the Godhead, having body, soul & spirit....and the beasts, though it's looking like they'll soon be getting a taste of what it means to encounter the angelic beast-type soon as they 'call' them down with their TM & techniques....whatever: as in the days of Noe & Lot.

She never developed the tumors & such common in the 'check-all-the-boxes' certified & official care, & the horrible tick & flea treatment that we saw other peoples pets & herd dogs develop. An over-rambunctious final deer chase w/ hip displacia over a bluff was what finally took her down, totally unexpected. She saw that deer & apparently had a burst of her old youthful energy, & went down happy.

We hardly used a leash in those final days since she was so slowed down. Our daughter & son-in-law dead man carried her back up to us with a sheet. We miss her. Just like we miss our formerly free nation falling back to Romish European idolatries & bondage w/ all the Babylonian & Alexandrian craftsmen who think they're gaining something other than a quick descent into Hell eternal, rejecting truth, true science & the God of truth, presuming even to corrupting the very word of God: barring repentance, their end shall be as aforewritten by God & superintended through the ages, regardless & without excuse.
