Astrocytes are part of the brain’s glymphatic system - a kind of drainage system which removes waste products while you sleep. This is one reason why sleep is absolutely vital for brain health and cognitive function. If you go to the link, you'll read, "Scientists have identified a new hybrid brain cell, sharing attributes of neurons and astrocytes." Once again proving that science has only begun to understand the complexities of design. Remember that before you blindly follow their mandates.

New? Hybrid? If it comes out of a lab, no thank you. If it's naturally occurring through healthy lifestyle, then it's okay.

Preventing Alzheimer's altogether, by avoiding injections with aluminum, such as the flu shot, is probably a wiser method.
