the USA has been banning stuff for decades..stuff like DDT.....PCB's and lots more.......so when the US Gov anounces "Da Ban" ..its only take out of sight.....out of site.out of mind.....it winds up in the hands of DARPA and DARPA stores it away for a few years....relabels it and trades to some other country....like DDT....they sold millions of tons of it to other countries....that country sprayed it on bananas and assorted crops and that sold to the USA consumers.. Agent Orange , AgentPurple and more 'banned chemicals' were dumped all over Laos and Vietnam.....

Depleted Uranium another USA waste...dumped in the mountains of Afghanistan as BunkerBuster Bombs....and DU is also used in Military weapons and when smelted into steels make that steel unbreakable hard..great for super sharp razor blades , saw blades and knives chainsaw chains tire chains and a million other items.....ya even eat some of it !!!!! I would be shocked if Chicago ever gets any money from Bayer/Monsanto, but if they do, it will never be enough to do a clean up of the PCB's. Also, of course they new PCB's were toxic, but it's all about the money and they made plenty of $$$$. Mayor Brandon Johnson trying to squeeze money out of Bayer/Monsanto is a big joke as he is a big pusher of the Co-Vid gene therapy shots that is actually killing and destroying peoples lives. He is just another sick demented politician. Wake Up People Of Chicago!
