Try one puff, wait 15 minutes, you will know. Better than combustion is using organic bud in Volcano. Or organic edibles, but it takes hours to know if it helped with overall anxiety when eating.

MOST are blends, and I would not recommend for Anxiety, it makes me a little anxious, but also industrious and there is so much work to be done everyday. Also, don't recommend for any jobs/chores that might be hazardous. Anxious : 1. Eliminate Caffeine or reduce by 50%+ 2. EXCERSIZE, ANY, but walk, yoga/stretching, HYDRATE, no processed foods, no artificial sweeteners, raw diet as much as possible, limit meat, never eat out. 3. Some foods are inherently inflammatory, and some foods are inflammatory to certain blood types and ethnicity. If you have a "dis-ease", or rash or other condition, try to eliminate what is causing it, rather then take a medication to counteract it. " Elimination-diets " take MORE time than going to Doctor, but WELL worth the effort. Educate yourself. Dr. Mercola taught me many moons ago to take care of my own health.

I knew that they would take total control of the industry; which is exactly what happened. They began shutting down all of the cannabis stores, throughout Canada, stating that they were illegal and probably weren't "safe". I had a number of stores in the past, where I bought my oils from. They were always of high quality and although expensive - not overly so.

I've had trouble sleeping since I began to suffer with two herniated discs in my lower back, over 50 years ago and this is the only medication that helped me get a decent night's sleep. I only took it before going to bed. Well; now that "Health Canada" has totally taken it over; products are adulterated, of lower quality (if any!), higher priced and of course, most likely all sprayed liberally with the usual pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and insecticides (for our health and safety, of course).

My go-to, for a few years when the real stores were still open, was "Phoenix Tears" (RSO - Rick Simpson Oil). After all the stores closed, I was getting THC oil through an acquaintance; then the guy started to charge more and the supply (availability) wasn't reliable. Anyway; I never had any ill effects from the THC oil. Now that Big Pharma has taken over the industry; it's total and utter garbage - just like every other drug they push! Here is some info on oils and where you can get them in "Canada".

There are some other places; but make sure that the product isn't "approved" by "Health Canada"...in other words - it's their product. The government, Big Pharma, Big Tech, Big Agri etc., are out to control every aspect of this society - and our lives. This will become very clear within the next couple of years...if humanity even makes it that far! --- kootenaybotanicals.zone -- you can tell if a store is run by H.C.. The logo has a white maple leaf on a red background.

I take valarien, hops, scullcap, gaba, anihystamine and mariuana every night to get to sleep. I used to get 6 hour sleep this way, but it has dropped to only 4 hours sleep. I was put on leneststa and it did not work. I am now on gabapentin and it does not work but does help with mympain and energy. Big Pharma just wants to control our population!!!! I have no problems from smoking MJ, but am concerned about my lungs, have no information on lungs.

It is particularly bad for young men and boys who often suffer terribly. Be very moderate with the THC in cannabis. We often ask ourselves, what is wrong with people, has anyone thought that it is the drugs and drug combos which they are taking? I refer to recreational and prescribed drugs. The brain is altered and there is brain damage. LOW THC organic cannabis is the healer.
