I have read that the brain makes alpha-waves with good music (not rock or most "popular" stuff). Even babies-in-the-womb benefit from hearing it. Read Daniel Levitin's book: "This is Your Brain on Music," published in 2006. He is a neuroscientist and a musician. "Music hath charms to soothe the savage breast."

Grounding is great and I'm all in on that music sound to the brain therapy. Like Bob Marley said in the song, Trenchtown Rock, "Hit me with Music". He also said, “Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery. None but ourselves can free our minds.” and that's from "Redemption Song". People need to wake up from the propaganda.

Take Alzheimers patients out into the sunlight, put headphones on them and play some really great music. As long as their eyes are open they will get the light to their brains. I don't have cognitive problems and I do these activities every day. Always makes me feel good.
