Sometimes, life is so simple. It's the same with humans as it is with computers...GARBAGE IN = GARBAGE OUT! All any intelligent, health conscious person has to do, is look into the piled up shopping carts of the consumers - piled high with Food-like Substances. Of course they're all sick; and as long as they continue to stuff that Fake Food into their bodies - they will get sicker! Add Big Pharma's drugs into the equation and...Forget about it!

I struggled so much since my hysterectomy to try and lose weight. I have high cortisol, and sometimes I can’t eat because I’m so upset about whatever. But I have noticed lately the more upset I get the more I stuff food my mouth, so now that I have become aware of the cortisol anxiety connection, I stop myself. What I do now is start my day with a veggie smoothie. Celery, cucumber, carrot, and a green apple. I put it in the blender with some ice and 1oz olive oil and I take all my supplements and vitamins with that in the morning I eat my main meal at lunchtime and I eat what I want, then I don’t eat again at all until the next day when I have my next vegetable smoothie.

At dinner time I still cook for my family I just don’t eat it, but what I do is drink a lot of water and I make sure that I put Celtic salt in my water. Sometimes if I’m real hungry, I will put a few granules of Celtic salt on my tongue and just let them melt and it tricks my brain into thinking I had a meal. Even with all my issues, I have dropped 13 lbs so far. Intermittent fasting has given me so much more energy. I haven’t felt this good for a very long time. Hope this helps someone out there.

The title of the story is inaccurate even with the question mark. Semaglutide is not a good thing! It's just another Big Pharma product to make Big Money while adding to the suffering of those who take it.

I simply have no more sympathy for the sheep who are continually conned by PHARMA. Americans have become ridiculous with their lack of personal responsibility and non critical ability to see through the ruse. It's almost 2024 people!

When the natural supplement ephedra was pulled from the market around 2000, the reason given was because some individuals were overdosing. It was used as an energy booster which aided in weight loss and it also was used as a natural alternative for sinus/allergy issues. Just because some individuals (and I question exactly how many) abused it, others, me included, could no longer get a natural remedy for sinus issues. We will see if the same is done to protect individuals from themselves!!!

As Dr Ardis has found, Blood pressure drugs ending in 'il' and Ozempic and Wegovy all contain specific venoms. He's stated that the people are having serious gut issues 2+ years after taking Ozempic and Wegovy. Both he and Mikovits have said, stay away from all drugs and V's.
