All my cholesterol numbers drastically improved after going on a carnivore diet and losing 25 pounds. Pretty sure those injections will help speed up Alzheimer's and Parkinson in otherwise normal people. And if you don't have family to take care of you the state surely won't, so you'd end up on the streets with no clue who you are all because of a jab.

Seventy percent (or more) of cholesterol is made by the liver, that's including the supposedly "bad" LDL cholesterol. You can not live without LDL cholesterol. So why do pharmaceutical companies work so hard developing chemical drugs to lower LDL? LDL cholesterol is however prone to oxidation and in that state is truly "bad" cholesterol. So why aren't you being tested for oxidized LDL? An even better test is a Lipid Subclass Detail (NMR) which counts the good, effective LDL and compares it to the oxidized LDL numbers. I saw a patient with a 260 LDL but none of it was oxidized. As a result, no statin drug was prescribed. Statin drugs are the most prescribed drug on the planet even though they have over 300 side effects and carry the threat of causing dementia! My advice, don't worry about cholesterol. Instead, worry about triglycerides.

This battle concerning LDL cholesterol is pretty much a hoax. The statin drugs used to lower so called "bad LDL" have over 300 side effects plus the new one recently added to the list, for the elderly, this drug can cause dementia. Remember your liver makes at least 80% of your circulating cholesterol and is of vital importance to every cell in your body. LDL cholesterol is not bad until it becomes oxidized. So why not test for oxidized LDL? For a more definitive explanation, read a book by David Brownstein entitled, "The Statin Disaster"

I'm sure Dr. Mercola's staff is including this type of garbage to keep us informed of the ongoing ridiculousness of Big Pharma's insanity. I must say when I read the headline it made me chuckle. I have a 100% cure for all manner of disease for Big Pharma acolytes to try if they wish, a 45 caliber injection to the brain, problem solved. Don't want to be morbid but the toxic crap that they sell is killing millions every day.
