A new study from the Keck School of Medicine of USC reveals that fluoride exposure during pregnancy may

re: Fluoride Exposure During Pregnancy Sparks Brain Health Debate

It was discovered that my daughter was allergic to toothpaste additives and preservatives, by a dentist. So, I learned about making it at home and found modern studies found cocoa powder to be an acceptable replacement for fluoride. So, why do we need that chemical in our toothpaste even. Mind you Cocoa powder does not mean chocolate. But it's edible where as fluoride is not.

That fluoride is used in rat poison was enough evidence for me to be a con. The next year in biology we learned that iodine was essential to thyroid function and brain development. In 1959, junior year of high school chemistry we learned the periodic table. The halogen column started with Fl then Cl then Br then I. Those elements were placed in that column because they act similarly chemically. Since Fl is lighter than I, it is naturally going to contest I and replace it. It is only chemically logical that Fl would lead to poor neurological development. Iodine used to be added to wheat flour along with some other essential nutrients because 1/3 of draftees for WWI were malnourished enough that they were unsuitable.

The military needed more healthy bodies so white flour products were supplemented. In 1976 Iodine no longer added to flour, but bromine was added. Br is another I antagonist. dn790007.ca.archive.org/.../The_Iodine_Crisis.pdf I am sure it is just a coincidence that the Vietnam War had just ended in 1975 as had the draft in 1972. The need for smart healthy young men had declined significantly and smart young people were objecting to the policies of the government that had just made them more sluggish with lower thyroid and dumber. Again just a coincidence that a High school student with basic science could have predicted.

You must demand of your local legislators that they stop adding unnecessary, ineffective, money-wasting, health-robbing fluoride chemicals into your body for the political viability of organized dentistry and the corporations that support them. Communities are stopping fluoridation, bolstered by the Fluoride Action Network's lawsuit against the EPA, which reveals that fluoride, even at low levels, can damage babies' developing brains. You don't have to wait for the Judge's decision Organize! Filtering your own water doesn't save you because if nobody demands fluoridation stop, fluoridated water is used to make lots of the foods and beverages you purchase in supermarkets, restaurants, fast food joints, etc. We all have to do this collectively to be most effective!
