The peace and solitude of the evening hours seems to be a gift that allows me time to read, practice and play music, write, etc. I’m retired and in my mid-70’s. I’m grateful for this opportunity. However, there are times when one must be up early the next day. In those situations, I find Dr. Mercola’s Sleep Support (spray bottle) to be a wonderful way to shut it all down. 5-10 sprays always seems to have me comfortably asleep within 30-45 minutes.</p>
