AREA, we have access to lots of Raw milk`s, Butter and meats,Via, the Amish culture...I have been using Raw Goat milk to make KEFIR ,And all natural GHEE.Also really good EGGS. I been doing this more than 30 years...Amish farm meat is like the meat of 200 yrs. agoi...God bless the AMISH...Also if you ferment KEFIR, out for two days,then in the fridge for five days,and out again for two days.This works like [NATTO] ,And after 8 days process it is thick and [slime`] like [NATTO] ,POWERFULL STUFF !!!&lt;/p&gt;
