The first 22 years of my life were without air conditioning. How did I ever survive as well as everyone else back then for that matter as A/C was a luxury item back then. I learned early to always to keep hydrated as I worked outside for about 22 years of my life. To this day I have no fear of the Florida heat. I routinely go out for bike rides of 10 miles or more in temperatures of 96 degrees and above. My record for the hottest temperature was when I went out for a 10 mile bike ride was 100 degrees. I will readily admit though that the higher temps saps a great deal more energy from my body, which affects recovery and energy levels and I&#39;m in my 70&#39;s. Stay hydrated with clean filtered water and remember that sweating helps to detoxify the body. Good health to you all!</p>
