It seems to be working well in that respect. I have found though that when I get less than 7 hours of sleep I don&amp;#39;t quite feel up to my normal energy level. I&amp;#39;m a little leery of this article referencing catching up on sleep. I think more research needs to be done.&lt;/p&gt;
