I do 15-20 repetitions of each for ten to fifteen minutes, thrice a week, and have gained muscle on my back, the &amp;quot;wings&amp;quot;, the core, as well as triceps. I also use an elastic band with a grip, to target the shoulder muscles, and soon need to add another elastic band. So there&amp;#39;s progress all around, which is great!&lt;/p&gt;

We can&amp;#39;t think as well while doing squats on a vibration plate? Our brain is dividing its activity between balance and our thoughts? I exercise on a vibration plate, including squats. I sometimes also listen to a podcast that I can still assimilate.&lt;/p&gt;
